SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping

Orders ship out within a week of your order being placed! We only ship Mon-Wed to avoid our candles sitting in a warehouse over the weekend to limit the chances of melting occurring. Our regular shipping method is USPS Priority Shipping, which typically arrives within 1-7 days.

 

If shipping is delayed for any reason, a banner on the website will indicate what to expect regarding current shipping conditions.

 

If you need your order by a certain date, please include the date you need the candles in the comments box during checkout. We cannot guarantee arrival date for any shipment, but we will do our best!

During this time, we are currently only shipping within the U.S and Canada. 

​

​For all orders within the United States, we offer a flat rate shipping of $10. Shipping candles is expensive, but we want to treat those who purchase larger quantities of candles with free shipping on all orders over $150.

 

Shipping to Canada is calculated at checkout. Often there is an overcharge on shipping cost so we make sure everything is covered, and we will refund you the difference after preparing your order to ship.


Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days of the ship date and must be returned in the same condition they were received. If you wish to return an item, please email us and let us know prior to sending the merchandise back. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping.

 

For merchandise being returned, credit will be given for the amount of the product at the time of purchase. Please include a note with the return with your name, the order number, and reason for returning the item. SPECIAL ORDERS MAY NOT BE RETURNED.

Please be sure to package the candle securely, as we cannot refund a candle that has returned broken.


Refunds

Refunds will be given for returned merchandise only if authorization was approved. Refunds will not be given for damaged or used merchandise.

Damages

If there is damage to the package noticed during receipt of the order. Email us with a picture of the damage to let us know of the damaged products so we can get your replacements out to you.

Accuracy of Our Listings

In the event that a Firelight Fables Candle Company product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Firelight Fables Candle Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Firelight Fables Candle Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Firelight Fables Candle Company shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
